Benefits of the Ice and Heat Pack

The reusable ice and heat pack can be microwaved or frozen before added to the pouch of the belt. This will help to warm up muscles or soothe pain while wearing the Lumbar Support Belt. As the pouch is situated at the rear of the belt, it can be used discreetly under clothing to provide relief as and when required.

Precautions should always be taken when using the ice and heat pack near the skin, and should not be used for extended lengths of time.
