Trimmable for Swollen Joints

The junior wrist support is suitable for providing relief from symptoms of juvenile chronic arthritis, soft tissue injuries, and similar conditions that can result in swollen joints. It provides compression and conforms well around the joints, easing pain and discomfort while the area heals.

Control an Unstable CMC Joint

If the child is faced with an unstable CMC joint, this can be controlled by the metal thumb stay incorporated into the wrist brace. This malleable stay helps to keep the thumb in place, and the thumb section of the brace can also be trimmed to allow IP flexion.

Sizing Information

The Junior Wrist and Thumb Brace is available in three sizes, and for both the right and the left wrist, to be as comfortable and accommodating as possible. To find the size required, measure the circumference of the child’s wrist and then measure the length of the palmar and wrist against the palmar bar length.
