Every pair of the Elite 3/4 Functional Orthotics are supplied with an Elite Wedge Pack, allowing fine adaptation of the insoles to meet your specific requirements. The Elite Wedge Pack contains the following:

• Pair of 2°, 4° and 6° Medial Rear foot posts (high density EVA)
• Pair of High Density EVA Elevators (5mm)
• Pair of A30 Poron Heel Pads
• Pair of 5° lateral forefoot wedges
• Pair of replacement self-adhesive Poron Heel Pads
• Pair of replacement self-adhesive Poron Medial Forefoot Pads

The Elite 3/4 Functional Orthotics can also be used in combination with Talarmade’s suite of surface additions in order to provide more tailored support for a variety of conditions.
