Yes! We carry specialized wrist supports specifically designed for carpal tunnel syndrome, along with other condition-specific supports. Our product range includes solutions for various sports injuries and repetitive strain conditions.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts with measurements. We recommend measuring the affected area carefully and comparing with our charts. If you’re between sizes or need assistance, our customer service team can help you choose the right fit.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch (free on orders over $50)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia where delivery networks may be unreliable. During checkout, our system will automatically check if we can deliver to your address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For DHL/FedEx shipments, you can monitor your package in real-time. EMS shipments also include tracking, though updates may be less frequent.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?

With proper care, our premium support products typically last 6-12 months with regular use. The lifespan depends on frequency of use, care, and the level of stress placed on the product. For competitive athletes who use supports daily, you may need to replace them more frequently.
Are your products suitable for all-day wear?
Many of our products are designed for all-day wear, but we recommend following your healthcare provider’s advice regarding duration of use. Some compression garments and supports may need periodic removal to allow skin to breathe.
