LP Hot and Cold Pack
After injury or before a match, the best way to immediately relieve pain, inflammation or stiffness is to provide cold therapy or heat to an area. The LP Hot and Cold Pack allows for the application of both therapies, making it a highly versatile first aid tool for a range of uses.

Heating the Pack
This pack is suitable to be heated in the microwave or boiled in water. After heating, it should be wrapped in fabric to protect the skin.
The heat therapy is ideal for:
- Muscle pain and spasms
- Joint stiffness and soreness

- Pre-workout activity
Cooling the Pack
This pack is also suitable to be frozen in a household freezer. To do so, freeze for at least two and half hours and then wrap in fabric to protect the skin from damage. It will remain flexible at sub-zero temperatures, allowing it to conform to whatever area it is applied to.
