The Metatarsal/Sulcus Pads (Pack of 5 Pairs) are a surface addition that can be applied to most pre-fabricated and custom-made foot orthoses. These inserts are ideal for offloading pressure from specific sites on the foot, particularly in the case of callouses, corns and ulcers.

Foot Orthosis Additions from TalarMade

These allow the plantar surface of any orthosis or shoe to be modified immediately in clinic in order to improve the function and effectiveness of treatment without the need for a workshop or tools.

Available Versions of the Metatarsal/Sulcus Pads

The Metatarsal Sulcus Pads are available in EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) with a MicroGrip backing, or PU (polyurethane) with a self-adhesive backing.

MicroGrip fastening – Developed by TalarMade, MicroGrip has multiple short hooks which lock into the microfibre top cover of the insole. 

MicroGrip allows TalarMade additions to be securely and immediately fastened to the majority of TalarMade’s micofibre covered foot orthoses range.

MicroGrip allows pads to be easily removed and reapplied, to ensure the optimum position and functionality of the surface addition without slippage.

Self-adhesive fastening – All of the TalarMade surface additions are also available with a self-adhesive option allowing them to be applied to footwear, vinyls, leather, foams, EVA, composites and thermoplastics.
