Paediatric Hip Abduction Splint

For infants with congenital dislocation of the hip, it’s vital that support can be given to ensure that the joint can be maintained. The Paediatric Hip Abduction Splint provides proper abduction and flexion to the hip joint.

Abducts and Flexes Hip Joint

The splint provides 90° hip flexion to help hold the femur head in a stable position. The fixed splint provides 60° hip abduction, and the adjustable splint enables 40° to 180° controlled hip abduction to ensure the correct positioning is applied.

Comfortable and Easy to Maintain

Made from polypropylene and polyethylene, the splint is lined with closed cell foam to provide a high level of comfort to the infant. Its easy clean design enables proper hygiene maintenance, and the secure hook and loop fastening provides a secure and stable fit.
