The Pedag Heel Pads are designed to help with problems with gait and walking comfort by evening up you heels as they make contact with the ground. Suitable conditions include:

How Do I Apply the Correct Heel Pads?
Depending on whether you intend to treat bow legs (supination) or knock knees (overpronation), there are two ways to apply the Pedag Correct Heel Pads. For knock knees, Pedag Correct Heel Pads should be put into the heel of your shoe with the higher end of the wedge facing the inside of the foot to help support the knees back into their natural position. In the case of bow legs, these heel pads should be worn the other way round.
