To ensure a precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insole from your shoes and measuring the length and width at the longest and widest point as shown in the image below. Pedag Deluxe Insole are unique in their design. As you can see from the measurements above, they feature an incredibly flat heel, a padded centre section designed to provide arch cushioning and a raised mid/forefoot section that cushions the metatarsal and midfoot area.

Supporting the longitudinal arch to prevent and relieve strain, Pedag Deluxe Insoles also use a lateral arch and a T-Form metatarsal pad to reduce discomfort, pain and symptoms associated with metatarsalgia.
