Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products including wrist supports, ankle splints, and compression garments that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Custom or special order items cannot be returned

Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Exchange Process

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
