Rolyan Wrist and Thumb Spica (Pack of 3)

The Rolyan Wrist and Thumb Spica (Pack of 3) is designed to immobilise the wrist and the carpometacarpal (CMC) and metacarpophalangeal (MP) joints of the thumb whilst allowing the other digits total freedom of movement. The Rolyan Wrist and Thumb Spica is available in a choice of materials to suit different patient preferences and requirements.

Available Versions of the Wrist and Thumb Spica

The Wrist and Thumb Spica is available in two different materials:

• Polyflex II Solid White 3.2mm – Firmer material with moderate resistance to stretch
• Polyform Solid White 3.2mm – Comfortable, more flexible material with reduced resistance to stretch

Applying the Wrist and Thumb Spica

All Rolyan pre-cut splint blanks come ready to heat and mould. Quick and easy to use, they save time and money, and also reduce waste material. Invert the pre-cut for left or right hand application.

Sizing of the Rolyan Wrist and Thumb Spica

The Rolyan Wrist and Thumb Spica is available in two different sizes. To find your size, simply follow the diagram below, measuring across the second to the fifth MCP joints, and compare to the measurements provided in the table.
