How Do the RX Ball-of-Foot Cushions Help?
The Spenco metatarsal cushions feature a special layer of SpenCore material that is specifically designed to absorb shock and impact, in turn providing optimal comfort underfoot. They also feature something known as a ‘metatarsal arch cookie’, which is a specially shaped cushion designed to improve support and comfort around the metatarsal arch.
How Do I Use the Ball-of-Foot Cushions?
To use the RX metatarsal inserts, place them in your shoes just behind the ball of the foot, with the green side facing upwards. If the cushions are a little too big, they can be trimmed down to size.
How Thick Are the Ball-of-Foot Cushions?
Each ball-of-foot cushion measures 5.80mm (1/4 inch). This provides reliable cushioning without bulking out your shoes too much.
How Do I Wash the Inserts?
The Spenco metatarsal inserts can be hand washed in warm water. They must then be air dried before use.
