How Often Should I Use the iEase Pelvic Floor Toner?
If you’re looking for results, we recommend using the iEase Trainer twice a day, both morning and the night. If you are able to, you can complete pelvic exercises to supplement the device’s treatment.
How Do I Use the iEase Pelvic Floor Trainer and Toner?
- Connect the probe to the trainer (do not turn on until sensor is inserted into vagina).
- Choose a comfortable position (lying, sitting or standing).
- Hold the probe and gently insert into your vagina, adjusting to fit your unique shape.
- Hold the trainer in the other hand or place so it can be read easily.
- Press the power button.
- Using the arrow buttons you can select your power mode: Test or Training.
It’s important to find a comfortable position for your pelvic floor exercises
In Test Mode the device will auto-inflate.
- Users should contract or relax the pelvic muscles according to the guide of screen or voice prompt.
- After the test, the screen will show your current pelvic strength level.
In Training Mode, the device will auto-inflate.
- This screen will only show the inflation status, and pressure value.
- Users can exercise according to other Kegel exercise apps if needed.

- Consult your physician before use if pregnant.
- Do not use during the first 6 weeks after childbirth or pelvic surgery as it may interfere with healing.
- If you are suffering from an STD or viral infection, the iEase may aggravate your symptoms.
