Designed to take the hassle out of finding the right wrist wrap for you, this Thermoskin Sports Wrist Wrap is supplied in one universal size that should fit most adults. The Velcro strap can be adjusted to provide you with the level of compression you need to play at your best and in comfort. 

How Do I Use the Wrist Wrap?

To fit the Thermoskin Sports Adjustable Wrist Support, follow these instructions:

1. Place your thumb through the hole, with the strap lying across the top of your hand
2. Wrap the strap under your wrist
3. Fasten the strap into place at your desired level of compression
4. Re-adjust when needed
