The Tred-Lite Orthotic Medium Density Insoles are constructed from lightweight PU EVA with integral 4 degree medial posting. This helps to position the feet in the correct way, helping to reduce pain in the feet, back and legs. The Tred-Lite Orthotic Medium Density Insoles are 3/4 length and therefore can easily adapt into a range of footwear.

Firm Density insoles are more durable and therefore recommended for everyday use, softer density insoles are recommended for less frequent use and for a more comfortable, softer fit.
