Trio Full Length Insoles
Trio Full Length Insoles are comfortable EVA foam insoles that are ideal for treating the pronating foot. Designed to fit most shoes, this full length version provides excellent support and cushioning yet remains unobtrusive.
We would recommend that Trio Full Length Insoles are fitted by a qualified healthcare professional. Various wedging options are included as standard to allow total customisation of these advanced insoles.

Trio Full Length Insoles are available in eight sizes that should suit most children and adults. To find your perfect size, simply match your shoe size to the table below.
If you would like a more precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insoles from your shoes and measuring the length and width at the longest/widest points (as shown below). Once you have these results, please match your measurements to the dimensions listed below.

How Dense Are Trio Full Length Insoles?
The Trio Full Length Insoles are available in three different densities:
- Medium/Blue (45 Shore)
- Firm/Red (60 Shore)
- Extra Firm/Black (75 Shore)
The heavier the patient or the higher the activity level, the firmer the density should be. Medium density should only be used by lighter individuals who do not undertake high impact sports or recreational activities.
