X-Line Insoles are available in four different sizes that should suit most adults. To find your best size, simply match your shoe size to the table below.
To ensure a precise level of fit, we recommend removing the existing insole from your shoes and measuring the length and width at the longest and widest point as shown in the image below. Match these measurements to the dimensions listed below in order to find the pair that will best fit your shoes.

What’s the Difference Between X-Line and X-Line Extra Insoles?
These insoles are also available as the X-Line Extra Insoles. This updated version provides a similar level of support, but is supplied with a choice of 4° and 8° rearfoot posts to minimise pressure on the Achilles tendon and provide a small amount of extra cushioning to the heel.
